Christmas Lunch walk. Richmond to Kew Bridge, 20 Dec

Meet 11am Richmond Station for this 3.5 mile walk. Those joining our walk, please meet Tony by 11am latest at the entrance to Richmond Station. Sue C will help guide us to the pub along the Thames path which is going to be muddy in places. ( Lunch goers might consider a change of shoes).

Lunch, only for those who have reserved, is at 1pm upstairs at the Steam Packet, 85 Strand on the Green, Chiswick  W4 3PU 

Those who have booked, please try to check your food order as this will greatly help service.  Payment will be due only for drinks which can be ordered at the table.

If you are not walking Kew Bridge train station is a 5 minute walk from the pub. Trains are half hourly from London Waterloo at 22 and 52. The 12.22 is the last option, due Kew Bridge at 12.50. Bus 65 stops on Kew Bridge and can be taken from Richmond Station.

If you are not having lunch, you will find many other options for a break in Kew and an easy self guided continued walk along the Thames path towards Chiswick, Barnes, and onwards with options for public transport.
